Red Dot PISTOL

So you know how to shoot, then you put a RDS on your gun?

The Red Dot course is for those who have a working understanding of a pistol and how to shoot.  If you are new to pistols and red dots, please take a basic course first.

The course begins with shooting a series of diagnostic exercises that allow our instructors to assess each shooters strengths and weaknesses. This allows our instructors to tailor instruction to each student to improve fundamental skills and mechanical efficiency.

The course primary area of focus covers the following skill sets; gun safety, proper gear and gear placement, marksmanship fundamentals, malfunction solutions cover/concealment when shooting, movement while shooting, multiple threats, speed shooting, trigger/recoil control, and tactical problem-solving scenarios. In addition, shooters are trained to self-evaluate, problem solve and learn how to train efficiently on their own.

The course is a challenging course of fire that combines instruction interspersed with intensive, practical live fire training to create a highly effective learning experience for the student with opportunity to try our sub-second standards.
